Evan attended the Aldrin Elementary School and Herndon Middle School, before graduating from from Paul VI Catholic High School in Fairfax in the Options Program, his obituary says.
In 2014, he graduated from the John S. Davis Career Center in Falls Church, and "made the very most of his time at each of those schools, becoming a popular and well-known figure with huge numbers of friends among students and faculty alike," Evan's obituary continues.
He has been working at ECHO in Leesburg, and will be remembered for his upbeat personality and loyal nature, especially when it came to family.
Charlie Wisz on Facebook said Evan brightened the room with his smile, "or changed your mood from bad to good in seconds with his positive attitude.
"He was the best movie partner. Seeing (I counted) well over 70 movies in theaters the last 7 years... Although he had limitations, his aspirations wouldn't let those limitations hold him back."
"Evan, when people say heaven gained an angel, it really is an understatement," Aidan Hall noted. "You were such a kind soul and this news has broken me 💔. We may have not spoken too much recently, but you always watched my snap stories, and I would argue that you would probably be #1 on the snap-fan list, if they had that, which would make sense because you were always the best at being the #1 fan."
